Momo Beach

Momo Beach is likewise blessed with white sand and cool crystal blue waters. It is located in the northern part of Panglao Island, specifically in the Barangay of Tangnan of Panglao town. The beach is relatively unknown of and is patronized by the locals.

Momo beach is nearer to Doljo beach than to Alona Beach which is 20km away; a 40min ride away by motorized banca or 20min by car. There are no resorts as yet at Momo Beach.

A wonderful wall and slope diving site can be found near the beach with a depth of 40m where nudibranches, leaf fishes, red-eyed goby, harlequin file fish, pajama cardinal fish and many kinds of juvenile wrasse are sighted.

Nearby is the Momo Beach House, a quaint boutique resort set on the shores of Panglao Island, Bohol. Momo Beach House offers stunning seaside and sunset views, nature-inspired architecture, delicious al fresco dining at homestyle-inspired Beach Tree Café, and eco-friendly amenities and a unique bed-and-breakfast vibe in all guest rooms.

Facilities include the Beach House pool, the child-friendly Beach Hut, and equipment for water sports and activities.

Pastel coloured rooms provide seaside and sunset views and are furnished with white-washed furniture pieces, locally sourced organic bath products, wooden poolside lounge chairs, a repurposed wine rack made from an old fishing boat, and a beachfront bamboo bar.

You can laze at the  blue pool that looks out onto Panglao Island’s tranquil Momo Beach or you can read a book on the hammock that hangs between palm trees.
